Peptides Verse ships research products within the United States using FedEx and UPS.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

Orders are sent by FedEx or UPS. Delivery times depend on the carrier, the destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Carriers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also follow your order in your account under My Account.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@peptidesverse.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can help with a replacement or claim with the carrier.
